The Producers Guild of America conducts a yearly workshop emphasizing diversity in film, television and new media and Cirina Catania of BrenCara Films is one of their mentoring producers. She shot and edited this clip. Participants are chosen from hundreds of applicants and are mentored by some of the best producers in the business, such as Marshall Herskowitz, Damon Lindeloff, Ali Lero and Luis Baretta.
