    To get back to the beginning of a Soundtrack Pro project, just press RETURN.
    To play from the beginning of a Soundtrack Pro project, press SHIFT + RETURN.

    Final Cut Pro – Moving Between Tabs

    Here’s a fast keyboard shortcut to move between tabs in a window

    To move left between tabs in a Final Cut Pro window, type Shift+Command+[ (left square bracket).

    To move right between tabs in a Final Cut Pro window, type Shift+Command+] (right square bracket).

    Final Cut Pro – Render All Doesn’t

    The default settings of Render All actually miss things…

    According to Apple, in the default setting when rendering using Sequence > Render All the Full option is not enabled. This category refers to sequence items with real-time effects that are capable of playback and output to video at full quality with no rendering required. There may be differences in the Canvas display between real-time playback and fully-rendered material.

    To ensure a consistent playback quality in the Canvas, enable (check) the Full render category before rendering.
