Final Cut Pro – A Fast Way to Move Columns
Here’s a neat trick for moving columns in the Browser.

update
This is a fast trick for moving columns in the Browser:
1. Hide the column you want to move by Ctrl+clicking it’s heading and choosing Hide Column from the pop-up menu.
2. Ctrl-click the column header where you want to move it. FCP places your new column to the left of the column you Ctrl+clicked.
For example, to move the Reel column next to the Duration column, Control-click the Reel header and select “Hide column.” Then, Control-click the Duration column and select “Show Reel” from the list of fields in the pop-up menu.
