Here is the plan (Agenda Link and Raffle Link details) for the meeting THIS week.
Please help me fill the seats by bringing your friends, colleagues and associates.

To make it worth our sponsor’s expense, let’s show them we can rally the DC creatives to come out and enjoy an excellent presentation, network with colleagues, and win cool and very valuable raffle prizes (up to nearly $5,000)!

Check out our special guest.. deep roots in the Hollywood film scene… read the special post on him on DCFCPUG…

See you there… register and bring your colleagues!

Final Cut Pro – Exporting a Batch of Stills

Here’s a fast way to easily export a collection of still frames

    update

This tip shows you a fast way to export a collection of still images from Final Cut.

    Here are the steps:

    1. Create a bin to store your images in the Browser.

    2. Put your playhead on the frame you want to freeze, either in the Viewer or the Timeline, and press Shift+N to create a freeze frame.

    3. Drag the still frame from the Viewer to your newly created images bin in the Browser.

    4. Continue this process until you have collected all the images you desire, select them all in the bin, and choose File > Batch Export.

    5. Click Settings at the bottom of the window and Set Destination to the destination of your choice.

    6. Set Settings to Default Settings and click OK.

    7) Click Export, and you’re done!
